A virtual office address is a real street address you can use for your business correspondence, registrations, and marketing materials - without renting a full-time office. At Nook, we offer a verified business address you can use for official documents and Google Business Profiles (where permitted).

Yes, you can use a virtual address as your business address, especially for sole proprietorships or corporations not operating a physical storefront.

An email with instructions to create an account with us will be sent to the email used to purchase a day pass.

Accessing the Archie app without an account will also prompt you to create your account.

Day Passes are regular passes providing you with access to our lounge. The lounge is our open coworking space with hot desks and complimentary coffee.

Office passes provides you with access to one of our private offices for the day.

Tired of being in a private office? Office passes also gives you full lounge access too!

If you’re using a coworking space like Nook or a virtual office with physical access, you may qualify if:

1. You meet clients in person at that address.

2. Staff (including you) are physically present during business hours.

3. You can verify your location with postcards or video verification from Google.

Examples that often work:

• Coworking spaces where you have a dedicated desk or office.

• Virtual offices that let you rent a private office by the hour and show signage.

• Places like Nook, if you're hosting events or meetings there regularly and staff can verify it.

Yes, the parking lot behind Nook is available to all Nook members, guests and users.

Please ignore the pay parking signs and register your license plate as you enter the building.

We’ll notify you when mail arrives, and you can choose how you want it handled.

Yes, packages can be delivered to your virtual address. Packages must be picked up within 15 days of being notified.

If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to sender.

Unfortunately Day Passes do not include your friend, so they will need to purchase a day pass too.

On the other hand, Office Passes allow you to bring 1 friend to share the experience with!

Yes, we encourage everyone to step out for fresh air from time to time.

We are also located on Food Street so of course you have to try the food around here!

Absolutely! Virtual members can book private meeting rooms, podcast studios, or event spaces through the booking platform as needed. This allows you to maintain a professional in-person presence when needed, without committing to full-time rent.
